Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oleo, eggs and lemon juice; mix well.
    Add coconut, pecans and raisins.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
