Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. tomatoes
    3 green peppers
Preparation
    Cut green peppers in half crosswise.
    Salt the insides. Combine ground beef, rice, egg, catsup, onion, salt and pepper. Fill peppers with meat mixture.
    Place in a Dutch oven and cover with tomatoes.
    Cover and cook 1 hour.
