Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. regular rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can beef broth
1 large onion, sliced
2 large peppers, sliced
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. marjoram
salt and pepper
5 to 6 browned pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
Preparation

Spread rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sauce and broth with salt and pepper, thyme and marjoram.
Pour over rice. Arrange onion and peppers on top, then place browned pork chops on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
