Ingredients

2 c. chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. hot milk
2 to 4 Tbsp. brandy, rum, almond or orange liqueurs
whipped cream (optional)
Preparation

In blender, combine morsels, sugar and eggs.
Add hot milk and liquor.
Blend at medium speed until mixture is smooth.
Pour in demitasse cups and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
