Top And Bottom Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 tsp. cold water
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly. Mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Blend into flour mixture until moist. Don't overbeat.
    Place dough ball in freezer 10 minutes to chill. Then roll out for pie.
    Makes a 9-inch shell.
