German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, boiled with skins on, cooled and sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Season potatoes with salt, pepper and onion and set aside. Fry bacon until crisp.
    Stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly, for a minute or two.
    Add vinegar, water and sugar. Continue cooking and stirring until mixture bubbles.
    Pour over potatoes and toss gently.
    Tastes best served warm.
    Serves 4.
