Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 c. cooked zucchini, drained well
Preparation

Saute margarine and onion.
Add dressing mix.
Line 9 x 9-inch pan with this, saving some for the topping.
Mix soup, sour cream and zucchini.
Pour this mixture over dressing mix in pan and put on the topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
