Broiled Venison Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium venison steaks
    meat tenderizer
    garlic powder
    seasoned salt
    lemon pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Place steaks on broiler pan.
    Season with meat tenderizer.
    In small pan melt 1 to 2 sticks margarine, depending on number of steaks; 1 stick will do about 4 medium steaks.
    Mix seasonings into melted margarine.
    Brush tops of steaks with mixture and place under broiler.
    Keep steaks brushed with mixture as they brown.
    Do the same with other side.
    Do not overcook.
    This mixture works great when you grill as well.
