Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chickpeas, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1/4 c. vinaigrette salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. fresh minced parsley
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and ground pepper to your own taste
Preparation
    Combine peas, onion, parsley, pimiento and garlic; toss lightly.
    Add dressing and stir.
    Allow to marinate 4 hours.
