Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.
Combine flour with baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Gradually add this mixture to egg mixture; knead.
Add raisins, nuts and apples.
Spread into square or 9 x 13-inch oblong form.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with fine sugar.
