Grandma'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. w.w. margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    10 oz. ground turkey or turkey sausage
    1/4 tsp. pepper, garlic and oregano to taste
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. water
    3 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 oz. uncooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in margarine until transparent; add remaining ingredients except cheese and noodles. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Spoon enough of mixture to cover bottom of 8 x 11-inch pan.
    Cover with uncooked noodles.
    Cover with remaining mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings; 3 protein, 1 bread and 2 vegetables.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
