Quail Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 quail
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute quail in butter for 10 minutes; remove quail.
    Add onion and celery to butter and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Dissolve cornstarch in bouillon; stir into onion-celery mixture and cook until thickened.
    Stir in sherry and parsley.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Arrange quail in shallow pan.
    Cover with sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Serves 6.
