Potatoes Presto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. frozen hash brown Southern-style potatoes
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes and 2 tablespoons water in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Microwave on High for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients; microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 2 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
