Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 regular cans mixed vegetables, drained
    2 cans water chestnuts, diced up
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up in small pieces
    2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mash Ritz crackers with margarine.
    Pour over vegetable mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
