Sweet Potato Pie(Club Member: Brad Smith) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla or spice
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Place in mixing bowl.
Add oleo and sugar. Beat free of lumps. Add vanilla, milk and eggs. Place in unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 until firm.
