Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
4 c. diced potatoes
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large saucepan, saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
Add potatoes and broth.
Simmer until potatoes are done. Stir in milk and seasonings; heat through.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Serves 8.
