Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket (medium or large)
    1 bottle Italian dressing
    Kitchen Bouquet to taste
    chopped onions to taste
    chopped green peppers to taste
    garlic cloves
    black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Take
    the
    brisket
    and
    put
    small
    holes with a sharp pointed
    knife
    or\tetc.,
    and put garlic cloves in this.
    Put plenty.
    Put
    in
    a deep baking pan, add onions, bell peppers, dressing,
    salt and black pepper.
    Cover the pan and refrigerate over
    night.
    Next\tday drain off excess dressing.\tBaste the brisket
    roast
    with
    Kitchen Bouquet.
    Seal the pan with foil. Cook
    3
    1/2 hours for a medium size brisket or 4 hours for a large brisket.
