Ham Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped ham
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Add ham, mushrooms and soup.
    Stir until heated through; stir in sour cream and heat carefully.
    Do not boil.
    Cook noodles and drain; add 2 tablespoons oleo and poppy seed.
    Serve ham over noodles.
