Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs, one at a time
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and butter together.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix until smooth.
Frost cool cake.
