Crispy Crullers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. brandy (optional)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Add all or enough flour to egg yolks and sour cream to make soft dough.
Add sugar, salt, brandy and vinegar.
Knead until smooth.
Roll out very thin.
Cut into diamond shapes.
Make slit in center and pull one end through slit.
Deep fry until light brown.
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
