Easy Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1/3 c. raw rice
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. grated cheese (8 oz. Mozzarella)
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Add rice and drain.
    In oblong dish, layer cabbage and meat mixture.
    Pour tomato soup and water over top. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 or 1 1/2 hours.
    Just before done, sprinkle cheese on top to melt.
