Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. anise or vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually until smooth.
    Add cooled, melted margarine to egg mixture.
    Dough will be sticky enough to drop by the spoonful.
    Heat pizzelle pan well.
    Bake 15 seconds approximately.
    Quickly remove from heat and place flat.
