Bramborova Polevka(Potato Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiling potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. diced parsnips (1/2-inch dice)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. chicken stock
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (fresh or dried)*
Preparation
    *Dried mushrooms should be soaked and drained.
