Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    4 medium zucchini squash, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 stick butter, melted
    cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix beaten eggs, herb stuffing, squash, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add melted butter.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This has a seafood taste.
    Serves 6.
