Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. catsup
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Soak crumbs in milk and 1/2 cup catsup until soft.
    Add eggs, onion, celery, seasonings and meat.
    Mix well and bake 30 minutes. Mix together 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup catsup and dry mustard. Cover meat loaf with this mixture.
    Bake 60 minutes longer.
