Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, round steak
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Trim any fat from steak.
    Pound steak to 1/8-inch thickness, using a meat mallet, and cut into 4 x 1-inch strips.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
