Chinese Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head bibb or leaf lettuce
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    5 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Combine lettuce, bean sprouts, chestnuts, bacon and eggs in salad bowl.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Dressing is made from last 6 ingredients.
