Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm water; add sugar and salt with 1/2 the
    flour.
    Put in beaten egg and melted shortening.
    Mix well and
    add the rest of the flour.
    Cover and let rise until double in\tbulk.
    Put
    in\tgreased muffin pans or make into 12 rolls. Let it rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
