Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. Cream of tartar
    1/3 Cup cold water
    Dash of salt
    1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
    Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, cold water, and salt in top of double boiler.
    Beat 1 minute, cook over boiling water.
    Beating constantly until mixture forms peaks (about 7 minutes).
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and beat until frosting is of spreading consistency.
    To make chocolate frosting, melt 2 squares of chocolate and gently stir in and then cool.
