Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
    2 peeled tomatoes, quartered
    2 small onions, cut in rings
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. green pepper strips
    4 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in salad bowl and toss lightly.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Better when it is a day old.
