Never Fail Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rump roast
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Chop garlic; mix with salt and pepper.
    Cut several holes in roast and stuff with garlic.
    Place roast in Dutch oven size pot. Heat oven to 450\u00b0 to 475\u00b0.
    Roast without lid on 30 minutes to brown.
    Add 2-inches water to bottom of pot.
    Cover with lid and lower oven to 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 undisturbed hours.
