Old Fashion Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 large red onion, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water and liquid from beans
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook beans according to instructions.
    Drain; reserve liquid. In saucepan combine onion, pepper and green onion.
    Mix soup, liquid from beans and water (liquid and water should be 1/2 cup). Pour soup mixture over vegetables in saucepan.
    Heat stirring. Blend sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Stir into mushroom soup mixture.
    Add cooked lima beans.
    Pour mixture into 6-cup casserole.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
