Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil and cube potatoes (with or without jackets).
    Mix the sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Add butter and cheese.
    Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered or Pam sprayed baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
