Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    3 egg yolks
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated rind
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and stir the first 4 ingredients until thick.
    Pour small amount into yolks.
    Pour yolks into pan; cook about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, rind and butter; pour into shell.
    Top with meringue.
    Bake for 15 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven until brown.
