Carrot Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/3 c. Domino granulated sugar
    1 tsp. baking sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. diced bananas (about 2 large)
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Combine eggs, oil, vanilla and pineapple. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until well blended. Add bananas, carrots and pecans, stirring just until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
