Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (very small amount of salt, if desired); put in oblong 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt 1 stick butter and mix with 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers.
    Top vegetable mixture with the buttered crackers and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    This is good made the night before and refrigerated.
    Fix the cracker mix just before baking.
    It also freezes well without the cracker topping.
    Serves about 8.
