Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 Ritz crackers, crushed
cinnamon (as desired)
butter (as desired)
Preparation

Combine
sugar,
water\tand
cream
of tartar. Bring to boil; boil
1
minute.
Add crackers and boil 2 more minutes. Pour
into unbaked pie shell. Add cinnamon and butter.
Place top crust on pie.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
