Beef Wellingtons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oats
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix and 2/3 cup milk in bowl, mixing well. Knead lightly on floured surface.
Roll into 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 equal rectangles.
Combine next 8 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard in bowl, mixing well.
Shape into eight 4-inch long rolls.
Place 1 roll on each dough rectangle, rolling to enclose filling.
Seal seams, leaving ends open.
Place side seam down in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Mix soup, 1/2 cup milk and remaining 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard in saucepan.
Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
Pour over ground beef rolls.
Serves 8.
