Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 large cans tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown
    meat in salted skillet.
    Drain meat.
    Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, oregano, sugar,
    salt
    and
    mushrooms in saucepan.
    Add meat, cook
    over medium heat stirring frequently until sauce reaches slow
    boil. Reduce
    heat
    to
    lowest
    heat
    and
    simmer, stir occasionally. Preheat
    oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare lasagna noodles according to directions on package.
    Cover bottom of dish with a layer of noodles;
    use
    1/2 of sauce to cover noodles, then add 1/2 Ricotta
    followed
    by
    1/2
    Mozzarella, use remaining noodles to cover cheeses.
    Add the rest of the sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella. Bake
    for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
