Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, boiled with peeling on
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 unbeaten eggs
    1 c. cream
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Peel
    cooled
    potatoes and mash well.
    Mix spices, salt and sugar into mashed potatoes.
    Mix well, then add one egg at a time,
    stirring
    well after each.
    Slowly add cream and mix well. Pour
    into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in preheated oven at\t350\u00b0 until
    done,

    minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
