Cheese Almond Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) jar sharp cold pack cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. toasted sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Beat cheese, milk, onion and 3/4 cup almonds until well blended.
    Chill at least one hour.
    Form into a ball and wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours or overnight.
    Chop remaining almonds; add parsley.
    Roll ball in this mixture and serve with assorted crackers.
