Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chicken breast, broiled or stewed, skin removed
    1/2 crisp green apple, chunked
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. curried low-cal mayonnaise
    ripe mango or pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Slice chicken breast into thin strips.
    Toss with apple, celery and mayonnaise.
    Garnish with sliced ripe mango or pineapple if desired.
    Makes 1 serving.
