Butter Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mochi flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk and evaporated milk to equal 3 c. total
    1 block butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed or 1/2 c. coconut flakes
    2 tsp. baking powder
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, except for the sesame seed or coconut.
    Batter should not be lumpy.
    Pour into 2 (8 or 9-inch) square or round cake pans.
    Sprinkle the sesame seed or the coconut flakes on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Test with a toothpick.
    Toothpick should come out clean when inserted in the middle.
