Starr'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 1/3 Tbsp. butter (Borden)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, syrup, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Mix well.
Add pecans, folding pecans into mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until firm.
Shake pie gently to check firmness.
