Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    8 drops hot pepper sauce
    2 (4.5 oz.) cans whole mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    In 1-quart jar, combine all ingredients, except onion and mushrooms.
    Shake until well blended.
    Add onions and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
    Remove mushrooms.
    Serve with toothpicks.
