Sweet Potato Pudding Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, boiled, drained and mashed
2 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
2/3 c. milk
1 regular size instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven until firm to the touch.
