Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat, browned
    3 ribs celery
    4 or 5 carrots
    4 or 5 potatoes
    1 onion
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in casserole or heavy stew pot.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over casserole and bake at 200\u00b0 for 4 hours, covered.
