French Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add milk, egg and 1/3 cup butter; put in greased and floured small muffin tin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Check, as it doesn't take long at all in the small tins.
Remove immediately.
