Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rhubarb (1/2-inch thick)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (scant)
Preparation
    Boil first four ingredients 1 minute.
    Pour into baking dish (approximately 8 x 11-inches) and dot with 3 tablespoons butter. Place in 400\u00b0 oven while mixing biscuit mix.
