Honey Whole Wheat Bread(Makes Three Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. honey
    1 c. wheat germ
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    3 to 4 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup warm water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl; let sit 5 minutes.
    In mixer bowl, combine egg, oil, 2 cups warm water, salt, honey and wheat germ; mix well.
    Add yeast mixture. Start blending in the flour until dough becomes too stiff to mix. Add remaining flour by hand, first with a wooden spoon and then by kneading.
    Kneading should take 10 to 15 minutes; let raise to double.
    Punch down; make loaves.
    Grease pans; let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
